您好！衷心感谢各位客户长期以来对四海云的信任与支持。
受全球硬件设备升级、国际跨境带宽资源、海外专线运维及机房运营成本持续上涨影响，以及美元汇率持续走低，为持续保障全网线路质量、服务器稳定性与高端售后服务标准，为广大用户长期提供安全、高速、低延迟的云计算服务。经公司综合评估决定，我司将对全线云服务器产品进行小幅统一调价。
本次价格调整 正式生效时间为2027年01月01日，整体上调幅度为原价的 3%。本次调价为全网统一政策，所有新老用户全部统一生效，无豁免、无锁价、无特例。2027年1月1日起，所有新购、续费、到期续订的云服务器订单，均按照全新价格标准执行。
调价明细示例（美元计价上调3%）：
1、原价 $100/月 的云服务器，调整后价格为 $103/月；
2、原价 $300/季度 的云服务器，调整后价格为 $309/季度；
3、原价 $1200/年 的云服务器，调整后价格为 $1236/年。
本次调价覆盖香港、新加坡、日本、美国等全部机房节点，包含平台所有在售云服务器机型。
长久以来，四海云与阿里、腾讯、香港盈科及海外顶级机房保持深度战略合作，持续投入专线优化、硬件迭代、网络升级与7×24小时运维保障。本次小幅调价仅用于平衡逐年上涨的海外运营与带宽成本，用以维持高质量、高稳定的服务水准，最大程度保障用户业务平稳运行。

Dear Valued SihaiCloud Customers,
We sincerely appreciate your long-term trust and support in SihaiCloud.
Affected by the continuous increase in global hardware upgrade costs, international cross-border bandwidth fees, dedicated line operation and overseas data center maintenance expenses, we will implement a slight price adjustment for all cloud server products to continuously guarantee high-standard network quality, server stability and professional after-sales services.
This official price increase will take effect on January 1, 2027, with a unified adjustment rate of 3% based on the original price. This policy applies toall new and existing users with no exceptions, no price freezing and no exemptions. All new purchases, renewals and repurchases made after January 1, 2027 will follow the updated official pricing.
Price Adjustment Examples (USD 3% Increase):
1. Original price $100/month → Updated price $103/month;
2. Original price $300/quarter → Updated price $309/quarter;
3. Original price $1200/year → Updated price $1236/year.
This adjustment covers all server nodes including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, United States and all cloud server models on our platform.
SihaiCloud maintains long-term and in-depth cooperation with Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Hong Kong PCCW and top-tier overseas data centers. This moderate price adjustment is mainly used to offset rising global bandwidth and operating costs, sustain high-quality, low-latency and stable cloud services, and ensure stable operation for all customer businesses.
